My pretty new room

So...my room has come quite a ways. Although it is still in need of a few things - a coffee table, chair, new fans, a rug, (maybe white blinds) etc., it is beginning to look much more like a "Shannon room." My room the house before the one my dad lives in now was quite the princess room - I am starting to feel like I almost have my princess room back. My office is going to be pretty kick ass too (light pink - also with black and white accents), but that is being put on hold temporarily while I search for money and time. Anyway, check out the pics:


Not to mention that my favorite photo of all time finally found a proper place again...
This photo would have turned out better if I took it during the day...but only have so much time. You know?

    girlll I love it!! I still have nothing on my walls except a shelf. I need to invest in a hammer and level! What color/style rug are you looking for? I will keep my eyes open.

    Thanks girl! Well, you can borrow my hammer, and you can borrow the level from my dad's house any time. You should probably invest in a tool kit though - they are handy to have. I'm not sure about the rug. What do you think? I'm thinking plain black may be best - not sure how I would like black and white over the tan carpet, or any other color for that matter. Maybe though...let me know if you see anything. Love ya!
